NORTH VANCOUVER – There has almost certainly never been this much good news on the North Shore. Ever. North Shore MLAs are thrilled with the announcement that North Vancouver-based Seaspan Marine has been awarded the $8 billion non-combat shipbuilding contract by the federal government.
